Thank you, DreamTek team, and thank you Shaun! My husband and I had a nightmare situation with our pool and did not believe it would ever be remedied without totally draining and refilling, etc.. Shaun Black came to inspect the situation along with Doug, the manager. They explained everything in a very clear and concise manner the best way to bring our pool back to life. They reassured us that draining the pool was not necessary (after being told by others that it was necessary). While Shaun began working his magic, Doug proceeded to clean the filter and check that everything else was working. Within an hour, our pool looked remarkably better. At that point, Shaun took over, and things just continued to improve. I would highly recommend Shaun's expertise, professionalism, and experience with all your pool's needs.
