Clint is the owner of DreamTek Custom Pools. His focus is on implementing new technology in the business that makes both our construction and maintenance divisions stay ahead of the curve.
Jonathan Daughenbaugh
Jonathan is in charge of DreamTek Custom Pools quality assurance program in the field. In his role his sole focus is on improving our service quality, training and field processes.
Becky
Becky’s focus is on process improvement and driving results both in the field and in the office by supporting our maintenance division. Becky brings over two decades of experience in operational leadership roles.
Shaun
Shaun has been involved in the swimming pool space for over a decade. His focus at dreamtek custom pools is evolving
our repair division to better suit our customer needs. Being the repair manager he handles various roles day to day that continues to evolve.
